Playlist and playlist1

Hi all, I’m having playlists automatically duplicating themselves, or near duplicates.  I don’t know how this got started or how to stop it.  It’s weird.  Let’s say I have a playlist called Piano Faves.  Well, now it says Piano Faves then Piano Faves1 just below that.  I have 3 or 4 playlists that are doing this. I’m trying to go through them to see if they are identical, but they don’t seem to be.  The playlist1 is missing a song or two. What do y’all think?
