Hi, I've found that PDFPenPro handles columns and other layered layouts much better than Preview. When listening to VO reading out the document, it usually reads it out in a far better order so that it is easier to understand. I do primarily use Preview but have found that PDFPenPro handles those sorts of pdf's better. Regarding tables, I can't say positively whether it handles things better then it used to or not. I'd have to test a few pdf's to confirm. I'll take a look some time tomorrow when I have more time.
