No, you cannot have one iPhone and jump back and forth from mac mini to PC and then back to the mac. Every time you connect the iPhone to a machine the phone recognizes what is running and one must restore the iPhone and start over. So, if you connect to your mac mini load songs from your itunes library and then give the phone to your wife who connect it to a PC running vista for example will want to know whats going on and ask if you want to "restore" so your wife can load her own music.
