The Mac OS cannot be easily run on a PC, even under a VM from my understanding. It is also in violation of the ULA and illegal to do so. If he wants to try it out, he should buy you dinner and earn a little time trying it out on your machine. :) Even if he did manage to get it running on a PC, he may not be very satisfied since there are a number of hardware issues that have to be dealt with.
