Curious if anyone else has had this happen and if they know the cause or a fix. I do a VO shift D to go to desktop and command N to open a new finder window and the last application I was in mail I hear new message created in mail? And sure enough even though I heard my computer say desktop the focus is still on mail. I also have noticed a similar focus issue when you have multiple finder windows open and even though VO is reading you what is on your desktop and you go to delete a file from your desktop you actually delete something from one of the folders. Quite annoying.
