As always, the best answer is to be found in Terminal. The diskutil command has a number of subcommands related to partitioning. Type “diskutil help” to see them. You should also check the diskutil man page, with “man diskutil|cat”.
In your situation I’d create new partitions from scratch with the “diskutil partitiondisk” command. Type that and look at the usage help.
