H I know you can choose the workout type to sync with the HR monotir however I 
didn't see where you could disable a run or walk type workout.

    Yes in settings you can select the types you want. I will choose indoor 
bike when I next play with the app. Its easy to navigate this app so I pretty 
much looked at all of it.

    I would love that cycling workout. Used to ride years ago and loved the 
mountain bike. Got to where I could do 20-30 miles and barely break a sweat. 
Sure miss that.

    So I will try to figure this out this weekend.
