It doesn't look like they do. The page for The Force Awakens on iTunes clearly says audio description is available, but the pages for the other films do not. Perhaps when Disney releases the unaltered theatrical cuts of the OT in three or four years, they will have audio description but for now it looks like you need to stick with the Blu-rays. I would love it if someone who owns the iTunes versions could prove me wrong.
