Hello all:

i have some vmware questions and please accept my appologies.
1- when incerting a new flash or external hard disk, el Capitan asks
me to open it on windows or mac.
but if i restart my windows or shut it down, and open it again, i can
not find my hard disk, how can i open my hard disk again without
ejecting it and then put it again?

2- i followed your suggestins in using the sharp keys, i remap my
incert key and now it's teh right alt key,
but i need it to be the cap lock key like my original windows machine,
is it possible to make the jaws or NVDA modifire key the cap lock key
instead of right alt?

3- when using the jaws kersor, i can not navigate with my errows,
don't know why, but this is what happened here.
any ideas?
4- when i need to use control errows to move bitween words on windows,
i found myself moving bitween the VMWare and my mac OS, can i disable
this?
