I think it depends on the size of your hands. I’m a big guy so I like the 6s+ because it has lots of surface area. Also it has a bit better optical stabilization instead of the digital optical stabilizer and has treated me well but the form factor is really a personal decision. I might head to your local phone store and grab ahold of them to get a good idea.
