Matthew, thank you. Here is an example I have option t set for Interact. VoiceOver commands help reports this accurately if I access it while in mail. If I go into Safari not only does the keyboard commander not work, but I just discovered that VO HH reports this key as being assigned to open text edit. I looked and my entire list of keyboard commanders reads differently when in Safari.
