Don't quote me, but I think when I looked into this a few years ago for an iMac, I got a quote of $250 or something along those lines. I believe the Mac Mini uses a laptop drive and I have no idea what it would cost. If there is nothing else wrong with the machine, you might consider an external drive, which would be less expensive.
