Ok, I'm still just as stuck on how to fix this very annoying problem. But I have figured out if I hold down the control key and use the arrows it will do what it use to do if I just pressed the arrow keys. Does anyone know how I would go about putting this back to normal or do I need to find my software and redo my computer to fix this? It's driving me nuts!!
