Ray, are you absolutely sure about this? I got the Skype call recorder from
the mac app store which is $9.99.

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/skype-call-recorder/id546462315?mt=12

If you go to the app store, and you type Skype recorder it'll then be the very
first result, or just click the above link.

When I open up the app, none of the buttons seem to be tagged with vo+shift+H.

All I see is the following from the top of the window down:

Please Start Skype to continue. So I'll VO+Space on the Start Skype button.

OK, the first thing I land on is a button with no help tag which is unlabeled.
It just says Button.

VO+Right and I hear unchecked, checkbox, and no help tag.

VO+Right arrow, and I hear another untagged unlabeled d button.

Then Skype Call Recorder 2.0.1 ©2015 Piezo.

Then, start on system startup unchecked checkbox

No recordings

Show in menu bar, unchecked

When you have recordings, you'll see them here.

Show icon in dock checked, checkbox

Shortcut

Empty keyboard shortcut, button

And that's it.

Nothing is tagged, and the menu bar with vo+M doesn't reveal anything useful.
Command+Comma just bwonks at me.

Again, here's a link to the app in the app store. Did I get the wrong thing?

Chris.

You're making a lot of work for yourself for nothing. The Settings button
may not be labled but it does have a help tag. Press it and this will allow
you to control where your recordings go. By default, the app wil want to save
the recordings in either your documents folder or your movies folder under a
sub folder called "saved calls". Also, you can set the recorder to record
calls automatically when the app is launched (say Skype for example) or do it
yourself. Once it's installed, just launched Skype and that's all you have to
do.

Still a very happy Comcast XFinity Voice Guidance, Mac, Verizon Wireless
iPhone6+ and Apple TV user!

I just bought Skype Call Recorder from the mac app store. Firstly, the
interface looks slightly confusing. I see a few unlabeled buttons, and they
really don't seem to be doing much of anything when clicked. I see the
checkbox which too is unlabeled. I presume that is the record toggle? does it
matter if I launch the app first, or do I first need to launch Skype, then! the
recorder?

Finally, as my subject goes, unless I did it wrong, I can't find my
recordings anywhere. I didn't look to see if the app still said no recordings.
I'll take a look at that next time I'm by my macbook.

    Chris.
