There’s a reset button on the back. Depending on how you use it, you get a hard or soft reset, or complete factory reset, that may or may not preserve your settings. Although the discussion of the AirPort Utility looks like its obsolete, in that you may not have the option to manage profiles anymore or restore from a previous configuration, see this for Apple’s explanation: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201945
Basically, try pressing the button lightly once, and use “public” to gain access. Make the changes necessary, including entering the new password. Hopefully, your other settings should be preserved. If this is not what you want, press the button for 10 seconds instead to reset the settings, and put your previous configuration into a profile (which only AirPort Utility 5.6.1 can use). Finally, if you were to sell the unit or want a completely clean factory condition, turn the power on while holding the reset button down, for 10 seconds, and let up. You will have a completely clean unit with no settings and no profiles, just like new. -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
