Hi Andrew,
Well, I certainly understand your frustration. But I don't think it is an 
accessibility issue. I don't know what it is that caused my problem, or why it 
improves when I plugged my iPad mini in. But in any case, it doesn't really 
seem like an accessibility problem as such.
