Hi all, hope Mark won’t mind but for folks on the android list you’ll have
heard I’m experimenting with autonomous flight and drones specifically how the
blind can use them or if the blind can even use them. We’ve already
established the if part and the answer is a definite yes so now we’re working
on the different devices, flight methods, different technologies and at this
point just a general familiarization with the field. Anyone interested please
head to google groups and join the blind drones and tech list. Drones are the
specific area of interest but anything technology / accessibility related will
be fair game. I was originally going to do a strict comparison of Apple IOS
verses Android and the drone flight options but it’s gotten much more involved
so I think warrants it’s own list. Anyway, anyone interested come on by and
check it out or write me off list with your email address and I’ll add you

Thanks
Scott
