Thanks for your response.  When will your book be out?
So are the correct steps to use a template:
use vo-left or right arrow to select the placeholder text and then delete the 
placeholder?  And then can I just enter text right in that same spot?  
Will deleting the placeholder text leave the formatting as it was designed in 
the template?
I just went to the first template that is not blank which is the note taking 
template on my computer.  I've interacted with the layout area and I see 
header,  the body and the footer areas.  So when I go to the body area I see 
subject, title and some other stuff beneath that which I assume is latin.  It 
would be nice if they would make it somewhat understandable to those of us who 
are not Latin scholars. the text below subject seems like it would be a list of 
some sort.  How do I find this out?  I would like to have some idea of how 
things will look before I print them.
I appreciate any help you can give.
