Hello E.T., Well, that works too. :) The link I posted instructs on how to essentially pass the CAPS LOCK KEY through to Windows, so it’ll work as your screen reading key as it’s supposed to. If you follow this solution, you don’t need to use the grave accent key. But your solution works too and in fact doesn’t require Karabiner, as VMWare supports what you’re doing right out of the box.
