This is totally awesome. I mean, it’s not awesome that you’re having this
issue, at all, but it’s awesome in the sense that this may help both you and I
in the long run.

I’m having the exact same problem, and Apple was able to reproduce the issue on
my account with a test lab phone, so that being said, I’ve forwarded your
message to the senior advisor that is helping me out with this issue exactly on
my phone.

We even have the same hardware. We both are having this issue on the 6S. So,
when I saw your message, I immediately forwarded it off. I figure, if the
engineers see that it’s not just me having this problem, they’ll be more likely
to get this fixed very very quickly.

I may also suggest you calling Apple if you can and explaining the situation to
them so they can open a case for you as well.

Clearly, Apple’s having some server sided issues with ICloud lately.

the guy I am working with’s name is Chris Norfolk. Beware there are multiple
call centers, so don’t assume the rep you get will necessarily know him.

Anyway, you can call them at:

1-877-204-3930.

Choose option 1 from the main menu.

I know this doesn’t really help, per sé, but I just wanted to throw in the word
to say you’re not the only one apparently who is having this issue, and that
Apple has definitely been made aware of it.

Chris.
