Ah here we go. Dicy topic. So yes, T-Mobile does actively adjust the bit rate and other parts of the streams of video on their network, especially if you have the binge on feature enabled. You can actively adapt the bit rate of video on your network with the right gear. You are right though, you may not be receiving the bit rate and quality that you think you are.
