Hi, I have seen issues with some computers that depending on the device that could be a couple of things. One could be that only certain USB ports have enough power to properly power that device. The other issue could be that depending on what USB port your keyboard was originally recognized on and how drivers set up for the computer can always be looking forward on that same port.
