Hello, Sabahattin. I have indeed reported the link to Apple Accessibility with full particulars of the allegedly locked table. I pointed out that the page is navigable with the Tab and other keys but that results produced by pressing VO-left and VO-right arrow are disappointing and anomalous. They may well tell me to upgrade to El Capitan and Safari 9.0.2, but still, it's worth reporting the problem.
