I found the solution to the problem more safari would not save her offer to save Password in for Maisch and on websites. Everything was set up correctly, auto fill, keychain, etc., the problem is that private browsing was turned on and safari. Once private browsing is turned on safari. Will not save password information and other things as well. Private browsing is turned on or off in safari on iOS under the pages tab at the bottom left along the bottom row there is a private button then the new page button followed by the done button tapping private will turn private browsing on and off, who knew? Boy oh boy, was the setting very deep. And, just to find the information about private browsing took me a couple of hours of web research.
