Settings, Safari, Passwords & Autofill. Turn on the switches for the things you want autofilled (I like all of it). You don’t have to use iCloud Keychain (I don’t), but it helps if you have multiple devices and don’t enjoy the tedium of re-entering data. You can get the data across in other ways too, for example by restoring the backups of devices.
