Hi Phil, we have a Panasonic TV which is very good. We can navigate the program 
guide and hear what's on. When we change input, for example to the WII, the 
Apple TV or the Blu-Ray player, the voice output speaks the output we're on. 
And when we select a channel, we're told the channel name, what's on at the 
moment and whether audio description is available.
I don't believe this model is available in the US because TV standards are 
different there, but perhaps Panasonic do a similar model for the US market.
