Okay, First, thanks for y'all's help with Skype last night. Ever since I reinstalled Mac OS 10.11, I have noticed a strange behavior with Contacts. Every single time I try to press VO+right after opening Contacts I hear "Contacts busy" and then, when I finally get to the scrole area, I hear the boundry sound indicating I can't move either up or down. IF I then go in to menus and back out again, I find I can move through the contacts list as a scrole area. I have not yet synched my iPhone to my Mac but only through Icloud. Any idea what's going on and how if possible to fix it?
Thanks in advanced. PS. Ever since I got this Mac back from the shop, it really feels like a new Mac. The new built-in microphone is way better than the original one, the speakers work better, and the hard drive, which used to be a 7200 RPM now seems to be a 5400RPM drive. !
