Hi Sadam, I live in the UK. I went onto their website, www.bose.com (which I think is their worldwide website), chose the country, UK in my case, and then clicked on support link, then contact us link, and then chose e-mail, and on this page finally I was able to find an e-mail form which I filled up. I stated my problems and submitted it and as a result got first a standard confirmation and then a technical support representative wrote to me. It's long winded but that's the only way I was able to bring the accessibility problems to their attention. The e-mail form is very detailed. they want lots of details about you and many of the fields are mandatory marked with asterisk. There are a couple of awkward radio buttons to choose from regarding how you might or not to be sent info and then 'submit' button which eluded me for a while. I had to use a combination of tab or item chooser menu to find "submit' link. It's not a button but link so you won't find it by using vo+command+j. If the form doesn't get sent , it means that you have missed out on a field or it is wrongly filled.
Hope this helps.
