Bill,
   This has actually been discussed heavily in the past weeks.

My take in it is this. Clean installs is a one time process for each new OS release. Its the best way to clean house too.

I am waiting for .2 or .3 before I bite. El Capitan should be pretty well matured by then. El Capitan offers nothing that I cannot live without so I am willing to wait another month or two.
