The only thing I can think of is you may have pressed the enter/return key to edit the name rather than open it one time and you somehow deleted the C and the K. If that's the case, press enter/return and edit it the way it's supposed to be. My Alex says Mackintosh HD here correctly so can't reproduce that problem here.
