well, there are several that will work. ClamXav was a free program until about 3 months ago. its still a cheap program and fully usable in OS X using voiceover. Another is virus barrier. Its neat and clean. Its also about $19 from the app store.
others include avast (another "scare ware" vendor mcaffee (good package, but a resource hog).
