I have not gone to the website but if the keyboard shortcuts are reliant on using the VO keys, that is, control and option then there will most definitely be a conflict with Voiceover under Yosemite and earlier. control option and numbers are the keystrokes used for hot spot management.
However a workaround for El Capitan users may be to redesignate the Voiceover key as Caps lock and turn off Control option as VO keys. I am sticking with Yosemite for the time being so cannot test this.
