Hello, Whoever you spoke to at Apple doesn’t know what they’re talking about. One crucial feature that’s missing is merge fields, the ability to import contact information from Contacts. This is one thing that is preventing my husband from upgrading from Mountain Lion and iWork09 as he depends on this feature for invoicing.
