New keyboard, trackpad and mice, too, with force touch, natch. No mention at the keynote, of course. If not for the rumours, a complete and total surprise. Am I envious? Errrrr … maybe, but probably not. Apart from the updated chips I don’t see much over the old iMac, except for the new PCIE storage. That probably means these machines will no longer be able to run BIOS-based operating systems either, such as Windows 7.
