Hi! When interacting with the details table, you can use VO-left and right to get to the appropriate field, then interact with it to edit. For instance, there are sections for different kinds of information, like identification. Below that, you will see First Name. Interact with that, then VO-right to enter your name. Keep doing this for each one. You can also tab through them, although the labels do not read with VoiceOver this way.
Going to file a request to see if something can be done about that. I've always done it by using the VoiceOver cursor, and I rarely tab through, so I didn't think about that.
