Oh, OK. Yeah, that would definitely explain it. LOL!

It does, but Apple doesn't tell me everything. I looked under settings and
phone, and it's not there and there's not a phone under general. And I have
a iPhone 5S so that's probably my problem so I guess I'll be going to AT&T
sooner or later, and getting me a success because I feel like it.

Are you using at least an IPhone 6? It won't show up unless you are.
Not trying to be difficult, as I definitely am going to try helping you
with this, but I thought your signature said IDevice support. Do they not
train you on these devices very thoroughly? I'm not saying you don't know
what you're doing. I'm just finding it a little odd that you do ISupport
yet don't know. It's OK though. It's under

Chris, where did you what did you have to do with AT&T to get this set up?
Because it is not even showing up for me under settings like it did on a
friends iPhone 5C

Just a heads up that for folks using the AT&T network, WiFi calling is
now available. This feature for the unfamiliar lets you get your cell
services over a WiFi connection so is good for example if your home is
in a spotty coverage area or if you work inside a large building where
coverage is difficult but WiFi is available. You’ll want to contact
AT&T to see what you need to do to establish service. I know this is a
free option on T-Mobile, not sure if AT&T is charging.
