Hi, Recently Starbucks has launched a feature to much of the USA where you can pre-order your items before arriving at the Starbucks store using the iOS app. Among other advantages, this will save you time once you arrive at the store.
I have tried this feature using iOS 9under VoiceOver, and have found that the ability to customize your drink appears not to be accessible. For example, if you order a pumpkin spice late, you can choose whether or not you want whipped cream to be added to the drink. By default, a "regular" amount of whipped cream would be added. But the app has the ability to choose None, Lite, Regular, or extra. This customization dialog box may appear for other customization options. Using VoiceOver, I was not able to switch it from regular whipped cream to no whipped cream. Has anyone else tried the order in advance option, and the drink customization options? Do any of you have contacts at Starbucks corporate? Also I'm not sure if there are other lists or forums now that are more geared to iOS?
