I have a ton of files which are correctly tagged in their ID3 info. The issue is, I really do not want to import them into ITunes for various reasons.
Each of these file names only has the name of the song. I.E: Heartaches Tonight.mp3, How do you feel.mp3, What did I do.mp3, etc. They don't list the track numbers in the file name, I.E: 01 - What did I do.mp3. Short of importing these into ITunes, which I do not want to do, and for that mind, refuse! to do, is there any application I could get that would automatically grab the track number from the ID3 info of each file, and append the track number to the beginning of the file name? Provided it's not super super expensive, I'm willing to pay, if the app isn't freeware. I'm desperet. Freeware is preferred, but at this point, I'll consider a paid app as a last resort, if I absolutely must.
