I just tested it again. If I split tap the shift key twice (effectively triple
tapping), caps lock is enabled as expected, for as many letters as I want. If I
triple tap with one finger, I can't get it to work. To anyone with this
problem: see if a double split tap (that is, touch shift with one finger, then
tap twice anywhere on the screen with another finger) does the trick.
