Hello Yuma,

I just want to let you know I am experiencing the same issues. I first
encountered them when I updated to Snow Leopard. I contacted Apple and they
confirmed that it is a bug. I was hoping for a fix with 10.6.2, but not for
me. This is a VoiceOver issue. With sighted assistance, the groups can be
created and renamed with no problem.
According to other responses to your message, other lucky ones are not having
this problem. I just want to let you know that you're not alone in this.
