I presume that you don't have a numpad do you? If you do, then you can enable mouse keys, then once done, your numpad 5 becomes the mouse clicker, so you could then essentially hit ctrl+numpad 5. Really that's the only other way I know of. There might be an unassigned command that you could map to a keyboard commander, but I'm thinking that the vo+shift+M is probably going to be as close as you're gonna get, short of what you're doing already, or using mouse keys. I need the mouse pointer to actually click, but I need the “right click” Sometimes the vo command to bring up the contextual menu does not work.
