Maria, These audacity tutorials will tell you how to do various things with audacity. The steps will be what they are and you'll execute them using what you have already learned about using VoiceOver on your Mac or iDevice or whatever you're using to read the tutorials. The steps will more than likely reference menu commands which will be done using keyboard shortcuts and anything else you need to do with VoiceOver should work in audacity as it does in any other program or app.
