Marie, pairing is very easy to do and does not require sited help.

First, on your iPhone, from the home screen go to settings then bluetooth.
Make sure bluetooth is enabled / on by making sure the bluetooth on has a
checkbox. Next you can swipe to the right and you’ll see a message about
scanning for new devices and you’ll see an area where these will appear. If
this is the first time you have powered on your plantronics simply turn it on
and it will go in to pairing mode automatically. You will see the headset name
appear in the list on the iPhone, tap the headset and wait for the message that
says pairing successful. That’s it. If this headset was used else where
activate pairing by enabling power and holding down the call answer button
until you hear the word pairing enabled.

Hope that helps.
