Hello,
I know there is an option in tintertool, to not include resource information 
though that option might just be for  network drives and not removable media.

If you have the terminal commands, then you could create a bash script to 
execute, or you could wrap the terminal commands in a 
do shell script in AppleScript.

I believe that there might be an event you can capture for eject events, but I 
don't quite remember.
