I don't believe there is a punch record facility and Amadeus Pro. The best method I have found to handle such errors is in the editing process. When I make such a mistake is that, instead of stopping and rewinding the file, I simply leave a short space and then resume from where the mistake was. I then go back and cut out the error. It's really quite simple to do. If you're not familiar with editing and Amadeus Pro, you really should get Jonathan motions audio tutorial on Amadeus. It really helped me understand how to use this program.
