Hello, this option can usuallybe toggled if you have a trackpad active by tripple finger double tapping on the trackpad in the middle of your screen to switch the setting. If you are not having this option active with the trackpad, then you will have to solicit assistance from someone that's sighted. I hopet this helps you.
