Apple do not care.

I suspect that somewhere along the way to getting iOS Beta you agreed
to abide by Apple's terms and conditions, including keeping what you
find out to yourself. So while moderation of this list is a light
touch with only content considered harmful to other members really
getting any attention, the rest is post at your own risk. While Apple
probably doesn't have resources to monitor every discussion on every
public forum, there is no reason anything about iOS 9 on this list
can't turn up in a quick google search.

You may not follow “pointless’ rules, but seeing as this is a public
forum, of which several members might not be willing and/or able to
be a part of the beta program, that question and answer remains a
valid point. I’d like to get a moderator’s opinion on whether or not
public betas are allowed to be discussed.

I don't follow pointless 'rules'. Sorry.
There's a reason people share details of betas. I'm not an employee
and I'm not contracting with them, therefore I'm under no legal
requirement to respect their so-called confidentiality agreement.

Hi,
I’m going to post an answer from the FAQ page of the beta software
program site, since there seems to be some confusion.
Is the Apple Beta Software program confidential?
Yes, the public beta software is Apple confidential information.
Don’t install the public beta software on any systems you don't
directly control or that you share with others. Don’t blog, post
screen shots, tweet, or publicly post information about the public
beta software, and don't discuss the public beta software with or
demonstrate it to others who are not in the Apple Beta Software
Program. If Apple has publicly disclosed technical information
about the public beta software, it is no longer considered
confidential.

Yep. People can talk about it all they want.

It was never forbidden in the first place; people were taking
Apple's so-called 'NDA' at face value.

Hi all.
As now the beta program has changed its policy being more opened
to all, is it still forbidden to talk about the new features
regarding the accessibility, or not?
Thanks.
