Shawn, why not do this.
Leave your screen on, but enable your screen curtain.
Chris.

Subject: Cool But Scary Work Around For Streaming Apple Music
Wow! Finally after reading hundreds of emails, I can share my findings about
Apple Music. I'm currently listening to Beats 1 on my Mac because it has
better speakers than my iPhone. Anyway, I left my house to go to a street
party since it's Canada Day here and left Apple Music running. I ended up
taking a 3 hour walk, lol. When I came back home, I noticed that Apple Music
was still playing on my Mac so I found that weird that it passed the two
hour limit. So I walked in to check what was going on and to my surprise,
with the little vision I have, I noticed that the screen didn't go black
which told me that it was on the whole time. I'd like to try this on my
iPhone where the screen never locks and I have it play on my dock but I'm
nervous. So my questions are will I damage my phone by doing this and will
it also damage my Mac's screen if I continue to listen to Apple Music on it?
Shawn
