Hi, For #2, I find it easier to just interact with the “To” field, then VO-space on the inputted address, which will bring up the same menu as Alex mentioned. You can use this method even if there are multiple addresses in the “To” field, as long as you’ve interacted, when VO lands on the recipient name/address, just VO-space to bring up that menu.

So far, though, no luck. You could always put your cursor on the file and use the context menu (vo-shift-m) to Quick Look it. In that window you can see the name and content. 2. Yes, but it's a bit tricky. Once you choose the address, interact, then hit vo-left to get to the start. Press vo-shift-m and, if you've done it right, you'll get a popup menu where you can edit the address, choose a different one for that contact, and so on. The first item in that menu is the selected email address, which you can spell with vo-w-w. If no menu appears, you may have interacted once too many times, or you might not be at the start of the name. As I said, it's a bit tricky.
