Hi, Actually, I did understand. Two things to consider, the Finder or Desktop, is considered a running app, therefore cmd-tab may take you to a dialog that has focus in the Finder. Also, there are numerous apps that run “hidden”, per say, that cmd-tab won’t usually cycle to, thus we usually use VO-f1-f1. You’re hoping to avoid the VO-f1-f1 and VOf2-f2, so, the only thing I can suggest at this point is ctrl-f4. ctrl-f4 cycles between all windows in all apps and adding the shift key will cycle the other direction. I’m not positive if this will connect with some of the System dialogs that you may be speaking of, but it’s worth a try. Depending on your keyboard setup, you may also need to add the FN key to the ctrl-f4 combination.

So sometimes on the desktop when you go to the window switcher (VO-f2 twice), there are notifications. I want to access these notification with a quicker keystroke. There is no other apps running. CMD-accend doesn't switch to these windows. On 5/26/2015 8:09 PM, Tim Kilburn wrote: > Hi, > > Oops, sorry Shaf. That’s what I get for being in a rush and not listening to > your entire message.
